On November 30th, a training course with the theme of "Breaking through Traditional Thinking, Promoting Reform and Opening Up, and Achieving Sustainable Development" was successfully held at Kingsjeng. This training delved deeply into the current domestic and international situations and analyzed the opportunities and challenges, as well as the "risks" and "opportunities" faced by small and medium-sized private enterprises.
In the complex and ever-changing domestic and international economic landscape, small and medium-sized private enterprises are at a critical turning point. The management teams of the company must maintain a clear understanding, accurately identify their own strengths and weaknesses, focus on long-term goals and sustainable development, and establish a strategic vision that looks to the future and has a global perspective. "We mustn't be like frogs boiled slowly in warm water," "We mustn't be complacent and self-enclosed," and "We must have a sense of crisis." This requires every team member to continuously break through the shackles of traditional thinking, continuously deepen internal reforms, uphold the concept of openness and inclusiveness, and actively build good cooperative relationships with team members, supply chains, competitors, and customers, striving to achieve common development in a mutually beneficial and win-win cooperation model.
From small enterprises to large countries, openness and cooperation are necessary.China has always been firmly implementing the policy of deepening reform and expanding opening up, and has been connecting and sharing development achievements with countries around the world in an open and friendly manner. Just as an ancient Chinese saying goes, "Those with the same aspirations will not be kept apart by mountains and seas," and "A single flower does not make spring, while hundreds of flowers in full bloom bring spring to the garden." All countries in the world have their own unique strengths and characteristics, as well as inevitable weaknesses. Only through equal dialogue and in-depth cooperation can we achieve the beautiful vision of symbiosis, mutual benefit, and common prosperity. Just as Chinese leader Deng Xiaoping said, "Development is the absolute principle." Only by constantly striving for development can we create a happy life for people of all countries and pave a solid path leading to a better future.
This training course not only helped the team members understand the domestic and international economic situations but also filled them with confidence in the national development strategy.
