• On October 26th, 2024, KingSjeng Technology launched the first large-scale 6S improvement activity of this year. This activity lasted for two weeks and achieved surprisingly good results with the active participation of all employees, making the factory take on a completely new look.
  

• During the activity, colleagues from all departments worked together and actively engaged in the improvement work. There were highlights of improvement everywhere, from the production workshop to the office area. With the joint efforts of everyone, the newly established workshop became the highlight of this 6S improvement activity. Inside the workshop, items were placed neatly and orderly, the positioning signs were clear and distinct. Every tool had its fixed position and every passageway was unobstructed. The clean and tidy environment not only improved work efficiency but also enabled every employee to feel comfortable and pleasant while working.
  

This 6S improvement activity brought about changes from ideology to the working environment. Employees have all said that the current working environment is vastly different from what it was before, and everyone has highly praised this beautiful and comfortable new environment. This positive change has not only enhanced employees' job satisfaction but also strengthened their sense of belonging and team spirit.
